No. Beginners are welcome. You will be guided step-by-step, and you are always encouraged to honor your own pace and comfort level.

Hur Psyche Sanctuary workshops are therapeutic in nature, but they are not a replacement for psychotherapy or medical treatment. These experiences are designed for personal growth, emotional wellness, and embodied healing in a group setting.
Yes. All offerings are designed with trauma-informed principles including consent, choice, pacing, grounding, and respect for personal boundaries. You are always in control of your level of participation.
Emotional release is common and welcome. You will never be pressured to share or perform. We honor each person’s process and provide a supportive environment for emotions to move naturally.
Some workshops (especially breathwork or somatic release practices) may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or psychiatric conditions. Each event listing will include guidance. If you are unsure, we encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider or reach out before attending.
Policies vary by event and will be listed at registration. Due to limited capacity and the intimate nature of the space, many offerings are non-refundable or have limited transfer options.
